During this workshop, we will use several processes to amplify gratitude in our lives. After introductions, we will start with journaling things we are thankful for in the Grace of Gratitude Journals provided for this class. These journals have gorgeous, full color artwork within them, as well as gratitude prompts by the facilitator, Deborah Perdue, and lined pages for the workshop participant to write in. (For participants who attended this sessions in Spring 2016, a second Grace of Gratitude Journal will be provided.)

We will watch two powerful gratitude videos to inspire us for the artwork to follow, and Ms. Perdue will share passages from Grace of Gratitude Reflections.

Then, participants may pick and choose to play with some choices of artwork that can be done:

1.    With beautiful B&W illustrations provided from the Path of Gratitude adult coloring book, participants can color in the drawings, as they feel inspired to do. Another option is to create a Gratitude Mandala.

2. Collaging using various mediums, including magazines. With gratitude as a theme, participants can collage what they are grateful for already, and also what they envision being grateful for in their lives. (like a Vision Board). Teacher Deborah Perdue will share her own Gratitude collage work as examples

All materials and supplies will be provided, including magazines for the collages, paper, colored pens, colored pencils, pastels, stamps and more. Feel free to bring supplies of your own, if you wish.

Please note: you don't need to be an accomplished artist to join this class. Beginners and newcomers welcome!
