Non-Credit Refund/Drop Policy

Refund/Drop Policy

100% of charges associated with a class will be removed if you formally drop by the refund period deadline.

Non-attendance does not relieve you of your obligation to pay. If you register for a class and do not attend or stop attending and fail to drop within the refund period, you will be responsible for all tuition and fees. Accounts are subject to late fees and may be sent to collections if bills are not paid on time.

Classes will be cancelled or postponed by RCC for insufficient enrollment one working day prior to the first class session.

Non-Credit Class Refund and Withdraw Deadlines

Class length Last day for 100% refund
Regular term length classes (10 weeks) Wednesday of week two
One-day classes One working day prior to class meeting
One-week classes The day of the first class meeting
Two-week classes The day of the first class meeting
Three-week classes or longer The day of the first class meeting
