Pilates Mat Class for Fun
ith this Pilates mat class you will be energized and have fun getting in shape. You will learn to connect to your "core" and work your body in a balanced, mindful way. The class covers a series of floor exercises designed to strengthen endurance and flexibility in your entire body. It emphasizes rhythm and flow, breathing, core body strength, and improving your posture and alignment. Consists of 22 sessions.
