Biography

Dr. Henriques has over 25 years of broad-based and hands-on experience in diverse industries. These industries have included law enforcement, delivery transportation and higher education.

In December 2010, Dr. Henriques completed her Ph.D. in Public Safety with a specialization in Criminal Justice from Capella University. Her dissertation research was entitled Perceptions of School Violence: School Personnel Views of Violent Behavior and Preparedness.

Dr. Henriques is a skilled educator, with a positive reputation of providing effective education to diverse levels of individuals.

Biography

Christine’s passion is building relationships and helping people achieve success. Christine joins the Criminal Justice department as adjunct faculty in addition to her full time position at the college as the Director of Educational Partnerships. Christine has worked for the college for nearly five years and held the position of Health Professions Education Coordinator/American Heart Association Training Center Coordinator in the RCC Allied Health Department where she began as the Academic Advisor/Navigation Coach. Christine is currently finishing her Master’s degree in Higher Education with specialization in Adult Education from Capella University. Christine has worked for Rogue Workforce serving as; Employment Specialist; Disability Program Navigator; and Program Coordinator for contracted services to the Department of Human Services and where she also taught regular weekly workshops.
