Refund/Drop Policy

Refund/Drop Policy

100% of charges associated with a class will be refunded to you if you formally drop two business days prior to the beginning of class.

Non-attendance does not relieve you of your obligation to pay. If you register for a class and do not attend or stop attending and fail to drop within the refund period, you will be responsible for all tuition and fees. Accounts are subject to late fees and may be sent to collections if bills are not paid on time.

Classes will be cancelled or postponed by RCC for insufficient enrollment one working day prior to the first class session.

If you disagree with a charge on your account you may appeal the charge by completing the account appeal form and returning it to our office at Redwood Campus, building A for committee review.

Payment is due at time of registration. If your tuition is being paid by third party educational partner, or if you are a scholarship recipient, please call us for further instructions on payment.
