  1. Students must complete or be concurrently enrolled in ES131 or have current EMT-Basic certification.
  2. Offered as a blended Web class. In addition to instruction via the Web, students are required to attend in-class sessions as scheduled.
  3. Class will meet Tuesdays, January 8, 15, February 5, 12, 26, and March 19, from 10am to 11:50am, at Table Rock Campus, room 122. Class will also meet Tuesday, February 19, from 10am to 11:50am, at Table Rock Campus, room 184/184A.
  4. Students must have current Oregon EMT or A-EMT licensure and successful completion of EMS211 and EMS211L.
  5. Prior to clinical experience a criminal background check and drug screen must be completed.
  6. Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in EMS212, EMS212L and EMS222 is required.
  7. Additional $150 lab fee required plus applicable college fees.
  8. Students must have current EMT-Basic or Intermediate certification and completion of EMS273 and EMS283 with a "C" or better. Also requires concurrent enrollment in EMS282.
  9. Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in EMS272.
  10. Additional $250 lab fee required plus applicable college fees.
  11. Permission code is required to register. Contact instructor before term begins for more information.

All online teachers expect students to participate in the class during the first week of the term. Check the syllabus and course orientation to find out what the teacher expects and by when. Students not participating during the first week may be subject to administrative drop.
  18. Distance learning fee of $40, in addition to regular tuition, will be assessed.
