RCC currently offers curriculum development grants for faculty to promote the creation of online coursework.  With the close of the Title III grant, the process to apply for compensation has changed.

Complete the form for the type of development grant you wish to apply for including the signed approval of your department head or dean. If you have any questions, please contact Josh Ogle, Director of Instructional Media, at extension 7039.

Application Process
  1. Complete the appropriate form for the course you wish to develop.

a. Course Revision – For current online courses that require significant revision.
b. New Course Development – For courses not previously taught online.
c. Delivery Agreement

  1. Obtain written approval from your department head and forward your approved application form to Josh Ogle.
  2. Josh Ogle will present the applications to the Deans for approval. Please note that forms not approved by your dean will be returned.
  3. Once approved you will be notified by Instructional Media and assigned a Media Specialist. You will be instructed to make an appointment with your Media Specialist to go over your project and finalize the level of compensation.
