February 15 is the application deadline each year.
Applications change each year and are accepted between
November 1 and February 15.
Please note: The OSBN posts the following note regarding application for licensure, and it is pertinent to our Nursing application process: “If you have technical problems with the online application, the staff can assist you. If you have questions about specific topics, the staff can assist you. However, the staff is not authorized to complete the application for you or go over the application line by line."

Applications will only be accepted between November 1, 2021, and February 15, 2022. Below are elements of the application broken out as separate PDFs. - BI234 (Microbiology) is now offered Fall, Winter, and Spring terms.
- RCC Foundation Scholarship application period is typically open from November to March. Please check the college website for the scholarship application and deadline
